Web Design and Update Process

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will meet with you by phone, email, or in person to determine exactly what you need in a website. We will discuss design ideas, colors, content, logos, and graphics. Most importantly, we will determine who your customer is and the best way to reach them with your new website.

Design PhaseDESIGN PHASE

We will get to work designing the perfect site for your business. During this phase we may contact you for additional graphics and logos not exchanged during our initial consultation. After a rough draft of your design is complete, we will email the proof to you for final approval.

Construction PhaseCONSTRUCTION PHASE

After you have approved the design, we will start building your website. During this phase we will need any additional graphics, logos, and content text not exchanged during our initial consultation. While we are building the site you will have opportunities to view our progress as we test your site on our server. When coding is complete we will ask for your final approval.

UpdatesUPDATING YOUR SITE

We can make changes at anytime, day or night. Most updates will be made the same day you request, often times in a matter of hours or minutes depending on the time of day you make a request. We strive to complete all requests for minor changes to your site within 24 hours including nights and weekends..
